Regina began her career as an educator in 1970 and has held various positions including Teacher, Reading Leader, and Curriculum Specialist. Her philosophy of education is that all children can learn, provided that the environment is conducive to learning and nurtures individual differences. This is possible when parents, home, community (church), and school work collaboratively to ensure success for all children. Her education includes a Master’s degree in Education from Florida International University.
